With the recent expansion of its R+D+i Department, Salicru has managed to increase the capacity of its Quality Assurance and Functional Test Area for its products with the most equipment, tools and personnel, in a new designated 240 m2 space.
At its QA & Functional Test Area, the company’s personnel can now carry out pre-tests of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and radiated and conducted emissions, thermal stress and a functional QA of the energy solutions and innovations developed at Salicru. They can also receive goods and issue self-certifications for various products on behalf of their clients.
Its primary objective is to validate the technical characteristics, reliability and standards applied to the company’s products and their customisations for certain applications and/or markets: particularly its Uninterrupted Power Systems (UPS), stabilisers, chargers and other power applications.
In addition to Salicru’s existing semi-anechoic chamber, its new QA & Functional Test Area also boasts a thermal stress chamber, a conducted emissions area, a power control unit, five automatic functional test boxes and an electronic EPA area.
