This year marks the tenth anniversary of Salicru's collaboration with MCE UPS, the company that distributes our equipment in the Belgian market, primarily in industrial sectors. In addition to distributing the brand's products in that country, it also offers maintenance and technical service contracts to its customers, as well as power over Ethernet (PoE).
MCE UPS has more than 30 years of experience in the power electronics sector. Through its industrial electrical installers, it serves a wide range of customers, mainly in East and West Flanders, as well as in other Flemish provinces and, to a lesser extent, in the Walloon Region.
In addition to industrial sectors, the Salicru equipment distributed by MCE UPS is also widely used in the public sector, in healthcare (hospitals, retirement homes, medical laboratories, etc.), residential (flats and car parks), as well as in information technology and security systems.
To complement its sales team, MCE UPS also has a team of technicians with extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of single-phase and three-phase UPSs and battery chargers. The distributor also offers its customers a maintenance contract with two options: preventive and omnium.
As Kurt Aers, manager of MCE UPS, points out, "In a production environment, the price of a UPS maintenance contract is almost negligible and is cost-effective compared to the total cost of a network outage. This is especially true in industries where continuity of operational processes is of such importance and maintenance is an integral part of the company's philosophy."
