As part of its international growth and expansion strategy to access new customers and markets, Salicru has recently signed two collaboration agreements with the Esprinet Group and Synaxon DE for the distribution of its products and solutions in Spain and Germany, respectively.
In the case of Esprinet, our company will be able to benefit from the experience of the largest technology distributor and sales leader in southern Europe. Through V-Valley, the Group's value division, it will use its IT channel to distribute Salicru's complete range of Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems (UPS), especially medium and high power equipment for professional use. The Esprinet Group provides traditional wholesale, consumer, logistics and other financial services to its more than 31,000 customers.
The collaboration agreement is similar with Synaxon DE. This central purchasing centre for the IT sector and sales leader in Germany through its more than 3,300 distributors and VARs, will also distribute the complete range of Salicru UPSs, especially equipment for household and professional solutions. Synaxon DE belongs to Synaxon AG, one of the major technology distribution groups in Europe.
This type of commercial alliance allows our brand to benefit from the know-how of the large technology distribution groups and to offer a great potential for growth in energy protection solutions, thanks to its commercial strategies.
