Solution: Connect device to mains for 12 hours to fully charge batteries. If problem persists, replace batteries or consult distributor.

Solution: Check mains supply and input cable connection.

Possible cause: The UPS turns off automatically due to overload at output.

Solution: Disconnect the excess loads from the output sockets and restart it.

Code: bLOW

Issue: Low battery.

Solution: Disconnect loads as UPS will shortly leave output without power. When mains supply returns, batteries will charge automatically.

Code: EP

Possible cause: EPO (emergency power off) function activated.

Solution: Close EPO signal circuit (fit connector with jumper) to deactivate it.

Code: l4

Possible cause: UPS turns off automatically due to short circuit at output.

Solution: Check output wiring and that connected loads not short-circuited.

Code: NC

Possible cause: Internal or external batteries badly connected.

Solution: Check all batteries properly connected.

Code: SF

Possible cause: Neutral to earth fault detection. Phase and neutral input cables inverted.

Solution: Disconnect input plug from AC power socket and invert connection of phase and supply neutral (rotate plug 180º).

Code: TP

Possible cause: The temperature of the UPS is very high or the fan is locked or does not work.

Solution: Check the fans and contact the distributor or seller or, failing that, our TSS.
