Solution: Connect device to mains for 12 hours to fully charge batteries. If problem persists, replace batteries or consult distributor.

Issue: Low battery.

Solution: Disconnect loads as UPS will shortly leave output without power. When mains supply returns, batteries will charge automatically.

  • Possible cause: Open battery.

Solution: B1 systems with external battery module(s), verify that they are correctly connected to the UPS.

Issue: During mains outage, load not supplied through Bypass mode.

Solution: Switch on by pressing ON button down for more than one second.

Possible cause: EPO (emergency power off) function activated.

Solution: Close EPO signal circuit (fit connector with jumper) to deactivate it.

Code: EPO

Issue: EPO function is enabled.

Solution: Check EPO switch circuit.

Code: FANF
  • Possible cause: Fan failure.

Solution: Check the UPS ventilation (clogged grilles, fan operation). In the event of an incident need, fill in the incident management form.

 

Code: OVLD

Issue: Overload.

Solution: Check loads, remove any non-critical ones. Power requested is higher than UPS’s.

Code: STBY

Issue: Load not supplied through no output mode.

Solution: Switch on by pressing ON button down for more than one second.

Codes: HIGH / CHGF / dCHF / bUSH / bUSL / bSFT / bUSS / INVH / INVL / ISFT / NTCO
  • Possible cause: Internal failures.
