Salicru has supplied new Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems and battery racks to the high-speed rail corridor between Medina and Mecca, two holy cities visited by millions of Muslim pilgrims every year. This important infrastructure, which crosses coastal and desert areas of Saudi Arabia, already has various Salicru equipment in all its BOCCs (Backup Operation Control Centres).

Two important tunnels in Catalonia, the Vallvidrera and Cadí Tunnels, have recently incorporated new Salicru equipment to guarantee the energy protection of their infrastructure. The Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems that have been supplied will provide high-level electrical protection to ensure the operational quality of this equipment on the Catalan road network.

This year marks the tenth anniversary of Salicru's collaboration with MCE UPS, the company that distributes our equipment in the Belgian market, primarily in industrial sectors.
