The company from Palautordera (Barcelona) is immersed in strategically planning the commercialisation of its ILUEST+ lighting flow dimmer-stabiliser range in the United States in a new stage on their long path to internationalisation. Salicru’s enterprising spirit and internationalisation strategy have made it present today in more than 40 countries in a search to offer its customers a quality electricity supply.
These units, with powers ranging from 7.5 kVA to 120 kVA, stabilise the electricity flow and reduce energy consumption, bringing in a series of advantages which, with time, have made them benchmark services in most international public lighting projects. Salicru in the last 15 years has already set up more than 27,000 ILUEST+ lighting flow dimmer-stabilisers for public lighting in countries such as Spain, China, France, Poland, Tunisia, Morocco and Abu Dhabi.
In addition to their security and greater reliability in stabilising the voltage and reducing the lighting, they contribute to extending the useful life of lighting equipment in the streets and enable smart management of public lighting with savings of up to 40% on the electricity bill. They also improve citizens’ quality of life by giving uniform, comfortable and less contaminating lighting. This range has an interface for local and/or remote communication by means of the LCD display and/or GSM modem, respectively, which enables the main parameters of the installation to be monitored and programmed, thus enabling exhaustive control both of the installations and the savings achieved.
In the last 15 years, more than 27,000 ILUEST+ lighting flow dimmer-stabilisers have been installed. 15,000 of these have been set up in Spain, producing an overall energy-saving potential of more than 558,000 MWh a year, with a reduction in CO2 emissions of more than 130,000 tonnes, and economic savings of more than 50 million euros.
