The CF CUBE4 is a frequency converter that ensures a stable power supply for equipment and installations operating at different frequencies —50 and 60 Hz— in industrial environments, laboratories, transport infrastructure or technological centres. The DC POWER-SD is a DC system designed to ensure continuity of direct current supply in railway, energy sector and telecommunications applications, among others.
The latest-generation on-line frequency converter CF CUBE4 is available in power ratings from 7.5 to 80 kVA, delivering maximum power quality with high energy efficiency. It incorporates three-level double-conversion on-line technology and quad-core DSP control, enabling stable output voltage and frequency even in demanding electrical environments. On the input side, it features a power factor greater than 0.99 and current harmonic distortion below 3% (THDi), helping to reduce operating costs, installation losses and the impact on the power grid. On the output side, it offers a power factor PF = 1 (kVA = kW) and minimal harmonic distortion, ensuring optimal protection for linear and non-linear loads, including IT systems and sensitive industrial equipment.
With a very compact design, its efficiency reduces energy consumption and cooling requirements. It offers advanced communication options, a touchscreen display and the ability to parallel up to four units, making it a flexible solution ready to grow alongside the installation.
Meanwhile, the DC POWER-SD is a DC/DC power systems platform designed for critical applications in the railway sector and electric utilities, as well as in telecommunications networks and power transport and distribution infrastructures. It features a modular architecture integrating rectifiers from 900 to 2700 W with output voltages of 24, 48, 60, 110 and 125 Vdc, allowing systems of up to 21.6 kW to be configured with N+n redundancy.
Its 19” 2U subrack design maximises power density and enables progressive expansion, optimising the initial investment. The control and monitoring system centrally manages inputs and outputs, battery charging, priority and non-priority loads and communications, including industrial protocols and remote management options. The SMART mode of the DC POWER-SD implements intelligent module rotation to balance usage, extend system service life and improve overall energy efficiency by reducing consumption. It also offers multiple configuration options to adapt to demanding environments, such as different IP protection levels, tropicalisation or compatibility with Pb-Ca and Ni-Cd batteries.
