On the website, the different types of home and professional UPSs are classified. The first are UPSs which can be used in homes, shops and offices, while those for professional use are intended for SMEs, large corporations, industry and telecommunications, among other sectors.

In the “Sales Channels” section, the various means of distribution that we have in operation are detailed. From the dropdown menu, which indicates the country, or country, province and city (depending on the type of channel), you can access contact information for our sales offices, distributors and wholesalers or choose from various online sales sites which sell our UPSs.

One of the highlights of the new website is the “UPS Recommender”. Through a very simple and quick process, the web tool calculates the power of the devices that need to be connected and displays the most recommended UPS in each case.

In the “Business Sectors” section, we outline the sectors in which we provide services, describe the most common disturbances in each field and present the most suitable products for each sector.

The “Company” and “Quality and Environment” sections explain the history and evolution of Salicru, our mission and commitment to the environment and how we can contribute to energy efficiency.

We have improved the old “News” and “Events” sections creating a new “News” section, in which we regularly publish news related to the latest products and services and information relevant to the industry.

We have also improved our “Technical Support” section, with the online support tool particularly standing out. With a simple personal and product registration, customers have access to an interactive space in which they can report and manage any incidents with their UPSs, and make different requests for services: maintenance, renewal, energy audits and training. In this section, users can look up Salicru’s technical offices around the world, solve problems with their UPSs and resolve software queries through the detailed information provided.

The website also has “FAQs” and “Contact” sections. It features an online chat section for users to instantly resolve their queries, provides links to Salicru’s social networking sites and offers users the possibility of subscribing to our newsletter to receive the latest news on products and services via email.

And finally to mention that the new website is tablet- and smartphone-friendly thanks to its adaptive web design which makes it easy for users to navigate through the different sections.
