The Salicru’s UPS will protect the power stations of Cuba

Wednesday, 19 march 2008

Salicru has sold, through its distributor VOLTOR, 36 UPS from LINKseries to the Government of Cuba. These 8 Kva UPS’s, with an autonomy of 25 minutes, will be in charge to supply the supervision and management systems of the electrical power stations in order to guarantee an electrical power supply of quality.

They are special tailor made UPSs, since they have a double output voltage in order to be adapted to the two power supply that cohabit in Cuba: 110 and 220 volts. The commissioning of these equipments will guarantee a clean and quality electrical power supply in the whole Island.

An agent of the Cuban government has come to the Salicruheadquarters in Palautordera (Barcelona) to receive the needed training for the use and operating of these equipments.
