Salicru has appointed Jordi Ribalta, Sevi Manzano and Imma Estivill to head three of the company’s main areas. Jordi Ribalta will lead the international business division, Sevi Manzano will be in charge of the business area for data centres and three-phase uninterruptible power supply systems, and Imma Estivill will head the human resources and people services department.
Jordi Ribalta is an electronics engineer and trained at Salicru while completing his studies. After 14 years of industry experience, including time spent with the R&D, technical sales and commercial departments, and experience acquired some years later in tailor-made projects and export departments in other companies, he will now lead the international sales office for Africa, Europe and the Americas.
Sevi Manzano, the new Business Development Manager for the three-phase UPS area, has a great deal of experience in this field. Having worked with a number of manufacturers of UPS systems, his appointment by Salicru is a strategic one, as he will focus on new business areas, particularly those related to data centres.
Imma Estivill is a psychologist, trainer and process facilitator. In the last few years, working on a freelance basis, she has delivered a large part of the training offered by PIMEC (the Catalan Employers’ Association for SMEs and the Self-Employed), as well as providing coaching and human-resources consulting services to a wide range of companies.
