The electronics company Salicru has taken another step for the protection and maintenance of its range of UPS by developing an application that is valid for all Salicru series and which enables permanently monitoring the status of the UPS through a web-browser and receiving alerts as pop-ups or e-mails; automatic, organised shutdown of the units connected to the UPS to protect then against network failures; and integration on the Ethernet/SNMP network where it is possible to display the status and progress of the UPS.

This application therefore enables remote control of the installation at any time and in real time.

With this in mind, Salicru has implemented the SICRES remote maintenance system. This system is connected to the Salicru server 24 hours a day so that the technical staff of the Salicru control centre are alerted of any possible failures in customer units and act even before the user detects the error. 
With this system, users can concentrate on the core business, delegating Salicru the responsibility for remote control and care of the equipment.
