In its pursuit of providing the best service to its clients, Salicru has added two new sections to its corporate website (www.salicru.com) with the aim of offering greater support and technical information.
The first section is troubleshooting (support.salicru.com/troubleshooting), which deals with the problems that can arise when using domestic uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units from the SPS Home, SPS Soho+ and SPS One series. It also provides solutions to problems affecting higher-performance UPS units orientated towards more professional environments such the SPS Advance RT, SLC Twin PRO and SLC Twin RT series.
In this section, users can find solutions to problems based on the alarm signals or indicators that each system emits regarding its status.
The second new section, which has just been added to Salicru’s website, is also query related. In "software FAQ" (support.salicru.com/software), users can find a list of possible queries and questions about the software supplied with the above UPS series for Windows, Unix and Linux operating systems.
These two new features are complemented by a new Online Chat service that enables Salicru’s clients to quickly and easily contact the company’s sales staff and Presales and Technical Support departments to resolve any queries or problems regarding products and services.
