A total of 38 UPSs from Salicru’s SLC Twin Pro2 series, with power ratings of 6,000 VA/W, have recently been supplied to Allianz, the German financial services multinational, in order to protect the technological equipment at its Paris offices from disruptions in power supply.
The devices have been installed on the 19 floors that Allianz occupies in the Tour First, the tallest office building in France, located in the La Defense business district of Paris, and are responsible for protecting computer racks and hubs, routers and associated servers.
Salicru’s SLC Twin Pro2 series UPSs feature on-line double conversion technology, which is currently the most advanced for the protection of critical systems as it provides a fully stabilised and filtered sine-wave supply voltage.
The series has a wide range of power ratings and different control and monitoring possibilities for its management, incident warnings and remote maintenance.
