Utilising written communication channels such as email and WhatsApp helps to reduce telephone waiting times and facilitates the provision of more detailed solutions. The Registration and RMA platform also makes it easy for customers to register devices and access services such as RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation), technical support, and warranty exchanges.
