Salicru won the public tender announced by Ens d'Abastament Aigües Ter-Llobregat (ATL) to supply a total of 260 Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) between 2020 and 2024, to protect its different facilities from interruptions to the electric grid.
Ens d'Abastament Aigües Ter-Llobregat (ATL) is a public enterprise owned by the Government of Catalonia, which is responsible for the supply of water to more than 100 Catalan municipalities from its facilities that supply the basins of the rivers Ter and Llobregat.
Series SLC TWIN PRO2 and SLC CUBE3+ equipment will be supplied. They are high-performance, double-conversion on-line technology UPS that offer advanced protection for sensitive and critical loads. In particular, the equipment to be supplied will allow a safe and stable supply to drinking water treatment plants (ETAP), desalination plants (ITAM), pumping stations, tanks, catchment towers, valves, flow meters, control centres, CPD and wells in its different plants.
By awarding this tender, Aigües Ter-Llobregat reaffirms its confidence in Salicru's equipment and services to renew strategic equipment that guarantees its normal operation.
