In Mexico, the cancer has the doubtful honour to be the second death cause in the teenagers, being only overcome by the traffic accidents.

Due to the inattention of the federal and state health services, the civil society is in charge about the task of helping the children and adolescents with cancer. The leadership of this mission is done by institutions like NGO “Ayuda en Acción” with help of autochthonous entities like the Mexican Association of Helping Children with Cancer (AMANC). Salicru, who has collaborated with “Ayuda en Acción” other times, wants to hold in this initiative by giving resources destined to oncological medicines for chemotherapy sessions. According to the last studies, if there is a suitable treatment, the survival of the children after 5 years from the diagnostic overcomes the 70%.
