The company is reinforcing its commitment to technical service with the opening of new facilities measuring 1,000 m². The new space supports the growth of the team by allowing for a new workshop double the size of the old one, as well as a newly renovated training classroom.
Salicru Services, the service division of Salicru, has opened new headquarters that represent a significant advance in terms of capacity and operational efficiency. The new facilities double the workshop space, which will enhance the equipment repair and maintenance services and facilitate logistics.
They also include a fully updated training room designed to accommodate technical sessions for both internal staff and customers and partners. The new space is expected to enhance knowledge transfer and continuous training, aligning with Salicru’s outreach strategy.
Throughout this year, the growth of Salicru Services has been accompanied by an expansion of the team, both in the head office and in the regional offices. The company currently operates 14 regional branches in Spain and offers international services through its central team or a network of partners in over 130 countries worldwide, thereby maintaining its position at the forefront of after-sales services within the power electronics industry.
Salicru Services provides consulting, pre-installation, and sales services throughout the equipment’s lifecycle, as well as end-of-life services. It also has a large team of field technicians who perform start-ups, preventive maintenance visits, and corrective actions.
