Salicru’s Technical Service and Support (T.S.S) division has extended its installations in the Palautordera centre (Barcelona), where it has been able to concentrate its different departments in a single location. This extension seeks to optimise the operations of this fundamental service and offer improved attention to customers.
The recent construction of a new logistics warehouse in an external building has freed up considerable space in the company’s main production centre, a part of which has now been used by the T.S.S.
With a useful area of 900 square metres, duplicating the previous area, it has been possible to concentrate, in a single location, the administrative office, the spare parts store, the equipment reception area and the repair shop.
The objective was the maximum optimisation of the operations of the T.S.S. to improve the level of service. With the same intention, a new service management back-office is being set up, to allow a reduction in the response time for repairs and for queries related to our clients’ equipment.
