Salicru has participated in a 3 MW photovoltaic project with a solution based on 10 kW three-phase solar inverters and dynamic tracking systems designed to maximise energy production and improve the asset’s profitability.
The photovoltaic installation was designed with an architecture aimed at obtaining maximum performance from the available solar radiation throughout the asset’s service life. To this end, the project combines Salicru’s 10 kW Equinox2 T three-phase solar inverters with solar trackers, a solution that makes the panels move to follow the sun’s path and maximise daily energy yield.
At this 3 MW solar farm, the key requirements included conversion efficiency, operational stability, and ease of monitoring. Salicru’s EQUINOX2 T inverters cover three-phase grid-connected power ratings from 4 to 100 kW and feature a wide range of MPPT options, making them easy to adapt to various photovoltaic field configurations. They also offer monitoring via the web portal and EQUINOX app, allowing users to view the installation’s output, energy consumption, energy feed into the grid, and historical data.
The proposed configuration will enhance the project’s profitability by increasing the available electricity generation capacity and enabling more precise performance management. The EQUINOX app serves as the heart of the solar photovoltaic ecosystem, centralising the monitoring and tracking of the installation from any device. The platform allows users to check the system's status, access generation data, share a visualisation of the plant and generate monthly performance reports. It also facilitates maintenance by providing real-time information. Its connection to the SLC Energy Manager expands the possibilities for energy management, grid feed-in control, early detection of incidents and remote configuration.
