More than 10,000 of the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems supplied by Salicru to its clients in Spain are now under yearly maintenance contracts.
Like all electronic devices, a UPS requires periodic maintenance in order to ensure optimum performance in the event of disturbances to the mains power supply. With this aim in mind, Salicru offers its clients the services of a skilled professional team, consisting of 60 technicians divided between its central headquarters and 14 nationwide offices.
It also offers a wide range of contracts for timetabled maintenance, services and remote maintenance, as well as the option of scheduling visits for preventive and corrective maintenance, which can be adapted to suit the specific needs of its clients.
Remote maintenance, which is the newest of the options on offer, makes it possible to receive notifications and manage potential incidents affecting its devices remotely. In turn, this allows for a faster response and diagnosis of faults, thereby improving customer service.
This extensive network, incorporating some 10,000 devices - all of which are currently active - has made Salicru Spain's number-one company in the field of power electronics and the country’s leading manufacturer and vendor of UPS systems.
