Who can submit a communication?

Any person from the company and those external persons who are or have been linked or related to it in a work or professional context.

How can I make a communication?

It can be done verbally, in writing or in person by following the steps indicated in the confidential complaints channel form. Likewise, the communication can be anonymous.
