Salicru has successfully completed the audit procedure for renewing its ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, which accredit the company’s quality and environmental management systems. It has also obtained ISO 45001 certification to accredit its implementation of an occupational health and safety management system to protect employees and visitors against workplace accidents and illness.
The three renewed ISO certifications form part of an integrated management system in which quality, preventing pollution, protecting the environment, preventing occupational risks, eliminating hazards and reducing risks to occupational health and safety are aims that are shared by all members of staff at Salicru.
This integrated management system is structured and adapted to ensure that the products we manufacture and the services we provide comply with the legal and regulatory requirements, while also meeting the needs and expectations of our customers. It is also designed to meet the environmental requirements and ensure optimum conditions of occupational health and safety in the workplace.
The scope of Salicru’s quality, environmental and occupational health and safety system includes the design, manufacture, sale and after-sales service of power electronics. The company has implemented the system at its manufacturing facility in Santa María de Palautordera (Barcelona).
Salicru’s compliance with the requirements stipulated in the international standards set by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) was evaluated and certified by SGS, a leading consultancy firm in the fields of inspection, verification, testing and certification, and the world’s foremost benchmark for quality and integrity.
