SALICRU is completing its central productive site re-organization targeting company's resources optimization plus increasing its efficiency. Among SALICRU's applied measures there stand out:  high-turnover warehouse product re-localization, thus increasing service level; plus production lines reassortment so as to improve manufacturing and verifying tempi. Moreover, finished product stock has been reinforced and logistic processes have been improved to achieve a greater service response capacity.
