The Formula 1 Gran Prix of Europe will take place in Valencia on August 24. The length of the urban track is 5.473 metres and it will have an asphalt with special resistance that will enable the cars to exceed 300 km/h at four different points of the circuit. 

Various locations of the circuit will be protected by Salicru equipment. The pits and pit-lane will be fitted with an SLC 100 ELM, of 100 kVA power, to guarantee the electricity supply in these areas. On the other hand, all the lighting around the track will be protected by 4 ILUESTseries lighting flow dimmer-stabilizers.

The commercial and technical collaboration between Salicru and the world of motor sport has a long-standing history which includes supply of 6 medium power UPS that protect the electrical supply for the control tower, accesses, video surveillance and offices of Circuit de Catalonia (Barcelona); as well as the units supplied to Dorna, the company responsible for organising the MotoGP World Championship.
