Coinciding with the new year, Salicru made different changes in the management of the sales and technical assistance departments. Since January 2012, Ramón Falguera has been the person responsible for national sales management, service and technical support has been passed on to Jesús Huera and the management of the Catalonia delegation is now Francesc Sala’s responsibility.

With these changes, the company hopes to strengthen its strategies of enhancing the distribution channels in both the electrical and computer market, and to launch the new series that will be brought in throughout the year. Similarly, the company also seeks to enhance the range of services that complement the supply of equipment, both with respect to monitoring and telemanagement, and in the maintenance services, to adapt them to the needs of each customer.

Ramón Falguera has been in the company for 10 years, and was previously responsible for the company's production plant in China before becoming service and technical support manager. Jesús Huera has enjoyed a long career in the market of uninterruptible power supply systems and has held management posts in the electrical and industrial markets as well as being responsible for introducing new products. Francesc Sala has worked for the company for over 25 years, mainly in relation to sales, and his mission is to enhance the company's presence in the Catalan market.

Furthermore, in early February the national sales meeting will be held at the company headquarters in Palautordera (Barcelona – Spain), during which the directives in sales policy and strategy will be laid down to mark the company's activity in the year that has just begun. Salicru will maintain the philosophy that has always guided its business strategy, which is based on combining its internationalisation capacity with a value that is fundamental for the development of its activity: customer proximity and the capacity to meet their needs.
