In 2015, Salicru is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a number of commemorative activities under the slogan '50 years of energy'.
From its founding in 1965 with the opening of a modest electromechanical workshop in the Barcelona town of Sant Celoni to now, Salicru has managed to consolidate itself as a leading company in the power electronics sector, both nationally and internationally.
. Salicru is Spain’s market-leading power electronics company.
. It boasts production centres in Spain and China and its products are sold in over 40 countries.
Worldwide presence
Salicru currently has two production centres. The first is in Palautordera (Barcelona), from where it supplies the European and American markets. The second centre is located in Beijing (China) and supplies markets in Asia and Africa.

The manufacturing and marketing of its UPS product range provides Salicru with most of its sales - 74% of the total.
Salicru markets power electronics products in the industrial and domestic, electrical, IT, street lighting and telecommunications markets and, more recently, in the field of energy efficiency and renewables.
