The series now incorporates 6 and 10 kVA solutions to meet the growing power protection needs of critical IT infrastructures, data centres and high-availability business applications.
Salicru expands its family of lithium Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems SLC TWIN RT3 LION with the addition of new 6 and 10 kVA models, extending the series range from the current 1 kVA up to 10 kVA.
This expansion makes it possible to offer a unified lithium-ion battery-based solution for a wider range of applications, from small communications infrastructures and servers to more critical business environments such as data centres, virtualisation systems, high-density racks and IT infrastructures requiring high levels of availability.
The SLC TWIN RT3 LION series combines On-line double-conversion technology with latest-generation lithium-ion batteries, providing permanent power protection against outages, micro-cuts, voltage fluctuations, harmonics and other power grid disturbances. In addition, all models feature a power factor of 1 (PF=1), enabling them to deliver the maximum available active power to connected loads.
The benefits of lithium reach higher-power applications
Lithium-ion batteries offer significant advantages over traditional lead-acid batteries, including longer service life, reduced maintenance requirements, faster recharge times and higher energy density. As a result, users can reduce lifecycle costs and optimise available space in installations where service continuity is a critical factor.
Maximum flexibility for IT environments and data centres
The entire SLC TWIN RT3 LION range retains its convertible rack/tower design, making integration easy both in standard rack cabinets and floor-standing installations. It also incorporates advanced monitoring and remote management capabilities through Salicru’s connectivity solutions, enabling users to supervise system status and take preventive action on the protected infrastructure.
The new 6 and 10 kVA models also incorporate an adaptable PDU for rack installation or vertical mounting, simplifying power distribution and equipment connection in high-density environments.
With this expansion, Salicru offers the market one of the most comprehensive lithium UPS ranges in its catalogue, covering power ratings from 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 kVA up to the new 6 and 10 kVA models, while maintaining a common technological architecture and features designed to maximise the availability of critical infrastructures.
