Enhanced Protection for Mid-Range Systems with Three-Phase Input and Single-Phase Output

Battery backup time much shorter than expected.

Possible cause: Batteries not fully charged.

Solution: Charge batteries for at least 8 hours and then check their charge level. If problem persists, contact distributor or seller or, failing that, our TSS.

Possible cause: Batteries defective.

Solution: Contact distributor or seller or, failing that, our TSS for battery replacement.

When connecting UPS to mains, display does not illuminate nor show any indications

Possible cause: No voltage at input.

Solution: Check for mains voltage.

Possible cause: Input power cables badly connected.

Solution: Check input power cables firmly connected to mains and UPS.

Possible cause: Input cable connected to IEC output connector on UPS.

Solution: Correctly connect input cable to respective IEC connector.

Possible cause: UPS overloaded:

Solution: Disconnect or shut down the excess loads connected to the UPS output.

Possible cause: UPS overloaded. Equipment connected to the UPS is directly powered by the mains input through the bypass.

Solution: Disconnect or shut down the excess loads connected to the UPS output.

Possible cause: After repeated overloads, the UPS is in Bypass mode. Equipments connected to the output are powered directly by the mains.

Solution: Disconnect or shut down the excess loads connected to the UPS output, shut down the device and restart it.

Code: 27

Possible cause: Voltage of batteries too high or charger faulty.

Solution: Contact distributor or seller or, failing that, our TSS.

Code: 28

Possible cause: Voltage of batteries too low or charger faulty.

Solution: Contact distributor or seller or, failing that, our TSS.

Code: 2A

Possible cause: Charger short-circuited at its output.

Solution: Check whether the connection of the external battery pack connected to the UPS is short-circuited.

Code: 43

Possible cause: The UPS turns off automatically due to overload at output.

Solution: Disconnect the excess loads from the output sockets and restart it.

Code: 49

Possible causa: Sobrecorrent d'entrada del SAI.

Solució: Desconnectar l'excés de càrregues de les preses de sortida.

Code: 4S

Possible cause: The charger does not provide output and the battery voltage is less than 10 V per element.

Solution: Contact distributor or seller or, failing that, our TSS.

Code: EP

Possible cause: EPO (emergency power off) function activated.

Solution: Close EPO signal circuit (fit connector with jumper) to deactivate it.

Code: l4

Possible cause: UPS turns off automatically due to short circuit at output.

Solution: Check output wiring and that connected loads not short-circuited.

Code: NC

Possible cause: Internal or external batteries badly connected.

Solution: Check all batteries properly connected.

Code: OA

Possible cause: Fans fault.

Solution: Check the fans and contact the distributor or seller or, failing that, our TSS.

Code: OD

Possible cause: The temperature of the UPS is very high or the fan is locked or does not work.

Solution: Check the fans and contact the distributor or seller or, failing that, our TSS.

Code: OL

Possible cause: UPS overloaded.

Solution: Disconnect excess load from UPS output sockets.

Possible cause: The UPS is overloaded and connected loads are powered directly from the mains through the Bypass.

Solution: Disconnect excess load from UPS output sockets.

Possible cause: After repetitive overloads, the UPS is locked in Bypass mode and connected loads are powered directly from the mains through the Bypass.

Solution: Disconnect the excess loads from the output sockets, shut down the device and restart it.

Code: Ol

Possible cause: Internal or external batteries badly connected.

Solution: Check all batteries properly connected.

Code: SF

Possible cause: Neutral to earth fault detection. Phase and neutral input cables inverted.

Solution: Disconnect input plug from AC power socket and invert connection of phase and supply neutral (rotate plug 180º).

Code: TP

Possible cause: The temperature of the UPS is very high or the fan is locked or does not work.

Solution: Check the fans and contact the distributor or seller or, failing that, our TSS.

Codes: Ol, O2, O3, ll, l2, l3 and 4l

Possible cause: Internal fault in UPS.

One of two possible situations may occur in this state:

1. The load is still powered, but from the mains through the UPS Bypass.

2. The load is no longer powered.

Solution: Contact distributor or seller or, failing that, our TSS.

Codes: Ol, O2, O3, O4, ll, l2, l3, l4, lA, 2l, 24, 3S, 36, 4l, 42 or 43

Possible cause: Internal fault in UPS. One of two possible situations may occur in this state:

1. The load is still powered, but from the mains through the UPS Bypass.

2. The load is no longer powered.

Solution: Contact distributor or seller or, failing that, our TSS.
