SLC TWIN PRO3 MULTI 10-20 kVA
IoT On-line double-conversion UPS configurable with PF=1
New generation of power and connectivity
After a power outage in the input line, the UPS has not switched over to batteries.
  • Make sure the UPS is in Online mode.
  • The RT and PRO B1 models must have the cables from the battery module to the UPS connected, and the battery detection cables.
  • The batteries are defective.
There is input voltage, but the UPS is running on batteries.
  • The voltage may be out of range, or coming from a small generator set, or set to a different voltage or frequency.
  • The UPS power switch is open.
There is no voltage at the output sockets.
  • The UPS is in Standby mode, and is not in Online or Bypass mode.
  • Internal breakdown of the UPS.
  • RPO has been activated.
  • On the external bypass module, the programmable output has been configured.
Overload or overtemperature alarm, alarm 805.
  • Decrease the load connected at the outlet.
  • Avoid motor-type loads that can cause overloads at the output.
  • Ambient temperature, or location, elevated.
  • Dirt on the intake grilles.
  • Check for a short circuit in the loads.
Alarm 107: incorrect input. This detection function can be disabled via the LCD screen.
  • In the socket, the neutral is inverted with the phase. Turn the plug over.
  • It is a two-phase line.
  • The grounding is not good.
The UPS cannot be put in Inverter mode.
  • The mechanical protection of the UPS maintenance bypass has been removed.
  • The MBP (external maintenance bypass) entry is enabled
  • The signal cable that goes from the UPS to the bypass module is not connected, or is open.
Alarm 806: RPO (remote emergency stop) activated.
  • Check that the connector has not been removed, or that the pushbutton has been operated remotely, or that the cables that run from the RPO connector to the external pushbutton, are not cut.
The UPS is emitting a “disconnected battery” alarm, or does not display the backup time when it is discharging.
  • The internal battery is disconnected, or one of the batteries is faulty.
  • On B1 models with external battery modules, communication with the battery sensing cable fails.
  • The feature of showing the remaining time is disabled.
The backup time is less than shown.
  • The batteries are worn.
  • The battery settings in manual mode are misconfigured.
Following a power cut, and after shutting down after reaching the end of the backup time, the UPS does not start up automatically once input power is restored.
  • The auto-start feature is disabled.
  • There is a faulty battery and the UPS has stopped without being able to record the stop status.
Alarms 300, 301, 302, 303, 304, 70C, 70D.
  • These alarms can be triggered by the type of load connected to the outlets. Whether it's motors, half-wave rectifiers, or a wrong connection at the output. Disconnect the loads, validate the fault in the control menu and check if the equipment starts correctly. If the fault persists, contact Salicru technical service.
Alarm 80E: overload pre-alarm.
  • This alarm is a warning that the preset value has been reached prior to overloading.
Alarm 007: fan fault.
  • The fans have a rotation speed sensor, which informs the UPS control. If this speed is lower than the set value (due to dirt, or fan wear), or the fan is blocked, the fan failure alarm will be triggered. Contact Salicru technical service if this fault persists.
Alarms 200, 206, 209: bypass out of range.
  • The UPS may be operating on inverter with a voltage or frequency that is not in the operating range of the Bypass. The bypass range is lower than the operating range of the rectifier.
Alarm 207, 308, 400, 500, 502, 503, 607, 100, C15, 704.
  • Contact Salicru’s technical support service.
Alarm B01. End of battery lifespan.
  • This is a warning that the battery has reached the time limit recommended by the battery manufacturer.
