Throughout the year, the company carries out training sessions for its main distributors to refresh their knowledge and to hear success cases related to the new applications for which the commercialised products are intended, given the possibilities opened up by the new technologies for a large number of industrial and business sectors.
These meetings are targeted principally at internal salespeople (retail sales in store) and external salespeople (salesmen visiting the end customers), but sometimes, if the distributors require, training is tailored to the end customer, in other words the installers, for it is as important to have technologically efficient equipment as it is to have the knowledge to get the most out of it and to extend its useful life through correct operation.
